Like any other market these days, the specialist car trade is a competitive place to be. We know you, the customer, have a choice as to what and where you buy and as such we want to do all we can to earn your confidence so that you choose Avanti when you are ready to buy your next car.

Making the Right Choice

You've probably made the decision regarding what car you are going to buy and how much you are going to spend (don't worry if you haven't...we'll gladly tell you which cars we think are good, which are not so good and those that are truly great). The critical issue now is who to buy from? Who is going to provide you the right car, at the right price and with the quality of service you demand, both before and after the car has been bought. This is a big decision because it is a decision, which can affect the entire car ownership experience. The difference between everything you hoped for and a horrible nightmare.

Customer Service

Day to day, there are few things that irritate us more than poor customer service. Irrespective of whether we are buying a pint of milk, having dinner in a restaurant or buying a £50,000 car, we all want to be treated like we matter and that our custom is appreciated. We really have an issue with the 'couldn't care less' attitude we experience on a far too regular basis. Like most people, we ask for only two things when making a purchase: 1) Value for money and 2) Good customer service.

At Avanti, our passion for delivering the best customer service and value for money is matched only by our passion for cars. We only source and sell cars we would buy ourselves. If a car does not meet the standards we demand and does not offer value for money, we just won't sell it. Well, we probably wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Every car is thoroughly checked using the latest diagnostic technology combined with a wealth of real world experience.

Our automotive partners (mechanics, race technicians, body shops etc) have been chosen because they share our passion for cars and for quality. We use mechanics with a motor sport pedigree and 30 years of expert knowledge to ensure we get the quality of service we demand every time.

Warranty Assurance

To give even greater confidence we have a very flexible Warranty solution, which allows a level of cover to suit the individual requirements of every customer and the vehicle they buy.

Reviews and Opinions

We drive every vehicle we buy into stock in order to obtain a first hand feel for the car. In the near future, We will be writing a review of our experiences in each of these cars, which will be posted on this site. We're no Top Gear but we hope you enjoy reading my thoughts and findings regarding the driving experience and the joys of ownership the car promises to give.
